- Oil 3tbsp
- Onion 2no(Medium)
- tomato 1 (Medium)
- Cumin seed 2tbsp
- Raw peanut 2tbsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Bayleaf 1
- Turmaric powder 1tbsp
- Red chilli powder 2tbsp
- dhana powder 1tsp
- Goda Masala powder 2tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1tbsp
- chopped ginger 1tbsp
step1: Keep pan and heat 1tbsp oil in that pan.
step2:Then add 2 Medium sliced onion to pan
step3: add jeera and 1tbsp of raw peanut also add one cinnamon and one bayleaf and fry it well.
Step4: then let it cool and put in the mixer jar and then add the turmeric powder 1tbsp add red chilli powder 1tbsp salt to taste and add water to the mixer jar and grind it fine.
Step 5: take another pan and heat the 2tbsp oil in the pan add 1tbsp cumin seed and finely chopped onion.
Step6: fry it then add one medium size finely chopped tomatoes and fry it
step7: add chopped garlic and ginger into it .and fry it
step 8: mix the grinded masala to the pan and fry it well then add our main ingrident Goda masala to it and 1 tbsp red chilli powder .
Step 9: and then put paneer in it and fry it well .
Step 10: add one glass water to it and keep it till it gets boiled and thick add salt accordingly in it .
